FALL SUPPER MENU: Appetizer Trio of vibrant dips -- carrot romesco, beet hummus and a pea and mint dip served with naan and chickpea crepes Hearty Fall Barley Soup -- roasted vegetables, caramelized onion, topped with a gremolata Simple Salad Main: Manitoba Pickerel -- poached and served in a cream sauce reduction with roasted heirloom carrots Burek -- an eastern European seasoned ground meat and vegetable phyllo pastry pie served with green tomato chutney and roasted carrots Vegetarian Lasagna -- butternut squash, sage and chard Desserts: Two apple cake desserts -- a classic apple/lemon Bundt pound cake with a caramel glaze and a Tuscan apple cake Hibiscus Mocktail (palate cleanser) Beverages: Tea and Coffee ($50 tax donation receipt will be provided)
