VEGAN/VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASSES

Tuesdays Afternoons
September 13, 20 & 27 and October 4.
1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
or
Thursdays Evenings
September 15, 22 & 29 and October 6.
6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Learn the basics of nutritious vegan/vegetarian cooking. Prepare satisfying and delicious meals with colourful fall vegetables accented by nuts and seeds and a grain-based accompaniment.

Serving Food

COOKING CLASSES FOR KIDS

Tuesday Evenings - October 25 and November 1, 8 & 15
6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

These classes will focus on kid-friendly meals that children will prepare to take home. Suggested ages: 8 -12 years.
Light lunch will be served.

Utilizing a variety of green and red seasonal cabbages and optional beets, the participants will make wholesome sauerkraut using organic ingredients.

Start the Xmas season by doing some batch baking. With recipes provided, participants will choose two selections from a list of baked cookies, bars and squares to prepare. The baked items will be shared among the participants so that everyone has an equal variety of baking to take home. Bring your own containers or cookie tins.

1:00 - 5:00 pm

Gluten-Free Xmas Bake down. With recipes provided, participants will choose two selections from a list of gluten-free baked cookies, bars and squares to prepare. The baked items will be shared among the participants so that everyone has an equal variety of baking to take home. Bring your own containers or cookie tins.
